For all the Rapid Tools glue guns that are made for 12 mm glue sticks, 11 mm glue sticks will also work.

The hot melt glue you should use depends on the project you are doing.

To make the choice easier we have divided our glues in three categories depending on what you want to do (click on the links to see our products):

• Arts and craft - for decorative work
• Fix and repair - for projects at home
• Installation - for large projects

While you are gluing, the glue stick needs time to melt. So if suddenly no glue comes out, then give the glue gun a few minutes to heat up again.

Don’t force the glue to come out by pressing the trigger several times, this will only increase the risk of damaging the tool.
